600 Watt Capacity
443PS is an emergency battery backup designed specifically for use with low power applications where
operational continuity is critical. Examples of ideal applications include aquariums and animal incubators as well as high efficiency pumps
drawing less than 600W. The 443PS is installed between a wall outlet and the appliance to be powered. When AC utility power is
present, the 443PS charges a battery and monitors the wall outlet to detect a power outage. At the
moment utility power fails, the 443PS draws energy from a battery and converts it to enable the
appliance’s operation. When utility power returns, the 443PS automatically switches the appliance
power source back to the AC wall power outlet. At the same time, the 443PS resumes charging the
battery to return it to full capacity in preparation for the next power failure.
